Represented the owner in 5 arbitrations in respect of disputes concerning the construction of 5 football stadia for the FIFA Under 17 World Cup.
Representing the owner in arbitration proceedings in respect of disputes concerning the construction of a $400m hotel.
Representing a consortium of leading construction professionals in a dispute against the owner in respect of design services rendered on the construction of a University Campus.
